Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: South East of England - covering projects across Kent, East and West Sussex, and the London area

Our Project Managers play a crucial role in overseeing delivery of projects from handover to completion, ensuring our clients receive innovative and high-quality spaces that meet their unique needs.
Role Summary: We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery and execution, or our design and build projects.
Working closely with our strategy, design, and construction teams, as well as with clients, consultants, and vendors, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional workplace solutions.
The role will be based in the South East of England.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
* Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, strategy, and construction, to align on project scope and objectives.
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
* Ensure that Procore system maintains accurate and up to date through the Project
* Client Management:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage client expectations, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
* Facilitate, site tours, and project meetings with clients and stakeholders.
* Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
* Prepare and maintain project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
* Review vendor and subcontractor bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes.
* Approve project-related expenses and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
* Site Management:
* Oversee construction sites, ensuring safety standards are met and compliance with project specifications.
* Conduct regular site inspections, manage on-site teams, and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress, including potential delays or changes in scope.
* Quality Assurance & Handover:
* Ensure all project deliverables meet HiSpace's high-quality standards.
* Manage the project close-out process, including client handover and resolution of any post-completion issues.
* Gather client feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience managing commercial projects in design, build, or construction.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
* Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar).
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Pay: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
