Salary: £30,416.74 per annum, dependent on experience
Real Life Options has an exciting opportunity within our Supported Living Service in Ilkeston. The service opened in spring 2023 and comprises 12 independent living flats and 8 bungalows.
This role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Support Worker seeking a new challenge to apply their knowledge, skills, and experience to enhance the lives of the people we support.
We are looking for individuals with proven management experience in health, social services, or the independent sector, including experience in people management, financials, and budget management. A working knowledge of relevant legislation and standards is essential. You will provide leadership and motivation to individuals and teams, promoting best practices in person-centred support and delivery, and evidencing a person-centred approach to help the people we support achieve their goals. The role requires flexibility, as you may need to travel between services and attend organisational events, which could involve overnight stays.
The role
We deliver creative, dynamic, and person-centred services, providing support to individuals living in shared supported living properties with individual tenancies.
You will report to the Registered Locality Manager for operational activities within Derbyshire. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and driving the development and delivery of cost-effective, innovative, and person-centred support.
* A full driving license is essential.
* An enhanced DBS check will be required.
* CQF Level 4 qualification or willingness to undertake it.
