Qualifications
* Masters level Chemical Engineering degree with prediction or attainment of 2:1 or higher
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong working knowledge of Office and ability to learn new software within a working environment that utilises 3D design and digital automation
* Experience with coding languages
* Experience of design projects would be beneficial
* Interest in a career in Chemical Engineering underpinned by a knowledge and understanding of our sector and work
* Analytical thought process
* Desire to improve existing ways of working by finding efficiencies in processes
* Aptitude to work independently and be proactive

Role and Opportunities
The Arup Process Engineering team offers opportunities for chemical engineering graduates. The work is extremely varied involving participation within the Public Sector and Private Sectors across the UK and abroad. With a multidisciplinary team, Arup offers a process engineering oriented approach to cost‑effective water & wastewater treatment across water, green energy and other industrial sectors such as waste and nuclear. We undertake projects from the development of fee proposals, conceptual designs, feasibility studies and report writing, through to the detailed process design and optimisation of complete turnkey installations along with commercial and technical evaluation of innovative technologies and development of sustainable business strategies.
