Lab Manager Full Time (5 days per week)

* What you’ll be doing:
* Making sure the lab runs like clockwork, day in and day out.
* Supporting and motivating your team so they feel their best at work.
* Keeping everything safe, compliant and beautifully organised.
* Staying on top of stock and supplies so nothing ever runs out.
* Looking after the paperwork and quality systems to keep us on track.
* Working closely with management to help the whole business thrive.
* About you:
* Experience in a lab setting, ideally in a leadership or management role.
* A natural organiser who loves a good system.
* Friendly, approachable, and supportive the kind of manager people love working with.
* Confident with compliance, health & safety, and quality standards.
* Calm under pressure and great at prioritising when things get busy.
