The Passage House Hotel is a 90 bedroom hotel and apartments located on the banks of the river Teign, in Kingsteignton, Devon.
Hotel experience is preferred but full training can be provided for the right friendly candidate, knowledge of Reslynx/Guestline would be advantageous.
You would have both the first and last contact with our guests. With this in mind, a smiling approach with a can do attitude is a must, along with pro-active attitude to helping in other departments.

Ensure guests' receive a friendly and efficient check in and check out.
Dealing with any guest issues that may arise.

Use of our reservations system (Reslynx/Guestline )

Guest relations
Shifts will be 0630am-230pm, 2pm-10pm
