Join Barclays as a PMO Analyst, where you'll support Change Delivery Managers in delivering projects successfully. You will ensure project management processes align with control and governance standards, supporting the organisation's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support change delivery managers to ensure programme compliance with the Barclays Control Framework, including oversight of controls and governance standards.
2. Create and implement standardised PMO processes and methodologies aligned with controls and governance standards to facilitate successful project delivery.
3. Monitor project performance by tracking progress, identifying risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and report project status to senior management.
4. Maintain project documentation such as project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and currency.
5. Facilitate project governance, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and effectively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
6. Provide change management framework training to project managers and stakeholders to enable successful project delivery.
7. Continuously improve project management practices by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing improvements.
