You will be joining an organisation of passionate and driven social care professionals.
The Role
* Hold a caseload of families, between 12 and 15
* Oversee the recruitment processes of new foster families
* Quality assurance of various functions of the agency
* Manage audits and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to
* Monitor and comply with all safeguarding aspects
* Participate and deliver training for foster families
* Complete Form F assessments (full training can be provided)
* Hybrid / field work and out of hours to support families
A Rewarding Package:
Salary: Up to £42,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Annual Leave: 26 days, with extra days for continuous service
