Location: Rochdale (Hybrid working – 2–3 days WFH)

The Role
Join us to strengthen the financial performance of our Transportation line of business. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll provide clear insight, robust analysis, and strategic challenge to the functions. This is a hands‑on role working closely with senior leaders to shape plans, improve efficiency and drive value across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting and forecasting for Transportation contracts.
* Deliver accurate, actionable financial analysis to support decision‑making.
* Identify cost‑efficiency opportunities and guide resource allocation.
* Produce clear financial reports aligned to business goals and KPIs.
* Build strong relationships across operational teams.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes and regulations.
What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (ACCA/CIMA/ACA essential).
* Strong analytical skills and financial modelling capability.
* Proactive, strategic approach with confidence to challenge and advise.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
