Role: Senior Process Engineer
Type: Permanent
Location: Oxfordshire
SRG are currently recruiting for a successful and growing client. The team is expanding and seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support design, optimisation and scale-up.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead process design work (modelling, PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances)
2. Translate lab and pilot data into scalable process solutions
3. Participate in HAZID/HAZOP and ensure high safety standards
4. Contribute to scale‑up strategy and process innovation
5. Mentor junior engineers and support cross‑functional project delivery.
Criteria:
6. Degree in Chemical Engineering (Chartered desirable)
7. Strong industrial process engineering experience, ideally with scale‑up exposure
8. Background in clean-tech
9. Skilled in process modelling and safety/risk assessments
10. Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable leading workstreams.
