Motus Commercials in Hull is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive. Join our friendly parts department team, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.

As a Business Development Executive in Hull, you should demonstrate:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High-level customer service skills
* Knowledge of products and manufacturer systems
* An understanding of role demands, with attention to detail and results-oriented approach
* A methodical work style and ability to perform under pressure

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of Kerridge systems.

This customer-facing, field-based role reports directly to the Head of Parts Sales. You will be responsible for delivering industry-leading customer account management and parts sales, working closely with various teams and customers to maximize performance.

* Develop and grow customer accounts using CRM systems
* Provide detailed reports on customer activities, achievements, and challenges
* Foster customer loyalty and maximize sales and margins
* Encourage customers to use manufacturer web-based sales platforms
* Collaborate with the parts team to ensure excellent customer service
* Work with manufacturers on regional promotions and key customer relationships
* Maintain accurate parts inventory and manage stock efficiently
* Resolve invoice queries within 48 hours and address bad debt issues
* Develop and implement account growth strategies
* Engage in continuous learning and development
