Our Chef De Partie will have a passion for quality, demonstrate teamwork to run the kitchen, and support the preparation and production of food to high standards. They will have the autonomy to share their vision and experience to deliver quality dishes. You will have a voice in menu design and development.
The Chef De Partie is a key member of the kitchen brigade, striving to produce an exceptional food experience while ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are adhered to.
As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with the hotel's standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficiency and excellence in service.
The ideal candidate will have previous chef experience, an eye for detail, and a passion for perfection. You should have a passion for quality and service, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (HACCP and Food Safety certification preferred).
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Operational experience in a kitchen setting.
