You’ll play a key part in the delivery of operational development initiatives and projects, helping to evolve an efficient and forward-thinking repair process that truly stands apart.What You’ll Be Doing:As our in-house Trainer you will be the driving force behind training, coaching, and capability-building across our motor repair network. We are a law firm specialising in helping customers who have been in motor accidents, with our agents taking them through a claims & repair process on our network repairer side.Working in our busy contact centre assisting all our phone based agentsOwning and prioritising your workload to meet KPIs Working closely with the management team to identify training needs across Creating tailored individual training plans to support exceptional service deliveryTaking ownership of coaching, training, and ongoing team supportDesigning and managing the operational training calendar, including internal and external trainingKeeping all training and new starter materials engaging, relevant, and up to dateProviding hands-on, side-by-side coaching to team membersDesigning and delivering regular training sessions for the wider teamDelivering comprehensive training for new starters and supporting them through their probationary periodPartnering with leadership to deliver audit feedback and improvement actionsIdentifying and coordinating external training opportunities and industry visitsSupporting and delivering new business rolloutsCreating and managing quarterly competency testing, with follow-up plansWorking closely with operations leadership and project teams to test and sign off new developments before rolloutCreating knowledge aids to improve repair understanding across the wider businessWhy Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand-new role, influence how training is delivered, and play a pivotal part in the ongoing growth and development of the business.
