Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £90 - £95 per day
Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Support classroom teachers in delivering tailored lessons to meet the needs of SEN students
* Help students with learning difficulties to engage with the curriculum
* Encourage independence and self-confidence in SEN students
Qualifications
* A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification
* Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
* Experience: Prior experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
* Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN support strategies; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff; Patience and empathy when working with SEN students
Preferred Qualifications
* Additional training in SEN support
Working Conditions
* Work in a classroom setting within a school environment
* Full-Time hours with occasional flexibility required
* May involve assisting students with personal care tasks

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
