Senior Clinical Nurse
Location: Greater Manchester Area, On-Site
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + £5,000 Car Allowance

The Role
As the Senior Clinical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of high-quality care practices. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical leadership and support to the team.
* Ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborating with Service Managers to optimize support strategies.
* Monitoring and evaluating practice effectiveness and crisis management.
* Supporting transitions and move-ins through assessment and planning.

Travel
Due to the nature of the role, occasional travel across the Greater Manchester Area may be required. A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Job Criteria - Essential
1. NMC Registered Nurse with active PIN.
2. Experience in person-centered care, preferably with learning disabilities or complex needs.
3. Strong leadership and teamworking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Criteria - Desirable
1. Experience in social care or NHS settings.
2. Knowledge of statutory legislation and company policies.
3. Commitment to person-centered care approach.
4. Ability to work as part of a team to support disabled and autistic people.
