What You’ll Be Doing:
* Greet visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Manage a busy reception area and ensure high standards of presentation
* Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently
* Direct enquiries to the appropriate teams with accuracy and care
* Assist with diary management, meeting coordination, and room bookings
* Maintain organized documentation and provide general admin support across departments
* Build positive relationships with clients and visitors
* Support the wider team with tasks requiring a customer‑first approach
* Monitor office supplies and assist with basic facilities responsibilities
* Help ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
* A friendly, confident, and approachable manner
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous reception or administrative experience (client‑facing experience highly desirable)
* A proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
