The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered within budget while upholding the highest standards of quality, client satisfaction, and community benefit. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from tender to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction projects.
* Manage costs during the project lifecycle, ensuring value for money at every stage.
* Provide commercial advice to project teams, directors, and clients.
* Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management.
* Prepare and manage interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
* Monitor risks and implement cost-control measures.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and sustainability objectives.
About You
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector.
* Strong understanding of cost management, contracts, and procurement.
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
