Job Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing, Senior Specialist, Paid Media to join the Growth Marketing team at for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in maintaining our momentum during a period of rapid expansion. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you would work in lockstep with our current Paid team and channel owners to scale our presence and refine our digital engine. This is a hands-on role for a LinkedIn expert who lives in the data. While this starts as a maternity cover, we are a fast-paced growth team; for the right candidate, there is an option to extend or transition into a permanent full-time role as our team continues to scale. How you'll make an impact:
• LinkedIn Mastery: Lead the hands-on execution of our paid strategy on LinkedIn-managing high-scale campaigns, adjusting bids, and performance optimization
• Analytical Rigor: Own the numbers. You'll create and monitor performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights that improve ROI and Account Engagement
• Collaborative Execution: Partner closely with our existing Paid Specialist to ensure seamless campaign delivery and share learnings across the growth function
• A/B Testing & Innovation: Drive a culture of "test and learn." You'll identify key insights and provide feedback to the design and content teams to keep our creative edge sharp
• Full-Funnel Thinking: Work with Regional Marketing, Events, and Analytics teams to ensure digital campaigns support the broader B2B sales funnel and brand awareness What we're looking for:
• The Track Record: Proven experience in paid acquisition, specifically running global B2B campaigns. You should be an expert in LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Data Fluency: You have a deep understanding of marketing analytics and attribution. You don't just report numbers; you explain what they mean for the business
• B2B Context: You understand the nuances of the B2B buyer journey and how to move prospects through a complex funnel
• Agility: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can hit the ground running from day one
