The role:
* Day-to-day management of C&S project teams
* Development of programmes and control of change
* Tender preparation for projects of all sizes, including fee estimates
* Carry out technical design reviews / critiques of projects in progress
* Mentor, train and develop junior engineers
* Support individuals to maximise performance
* Ensure team compliance company management system
* Contribute to wider development of C&S department capabilities
* Lead C&S design delivery across single projects or multiple smaller projects with support from an Associate Engineer or Director, in single- or multi-disciplinary teams
What you need to succeed:
* Chartered Civil/ Structural Engineer CEng MICE/ MIStructE
* Appropriate depth and breadth of experience including experience in leading and managing teams
* Strong technical knowledge of Civil design
* Full Clean Current UK Driving Licence
