Temporary ReceptionistResponsibilities
1. Greeting Visitors: Wee guests, clients, and employees with a friendly demeanour. Provide excellent customer service by answering enquiries and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
2. Answering Phones: Handle iing calls, transfer calls, and take messages accurately. Maintain a professional and courteous tone during phone interactions.
3. Managing Front Desk: Keep the reception area organised and tidy. Ensure that visitors sign in, receive visitor badges, and follow security protocols.
4. Scheduling and Appointments: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
5. Mail and Deliveries: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and delivery promptly. Notify recipients of iing items.
6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
7. Maintaining Records: Keep records of visitors, phone calls, and other relevant information.
8. Assisting with Events: Support event planning and coordination as needed.
9. Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
10. Previous Receptionist Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
11. Excellentmunication Skills: Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills.
12. Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
13. Customer Service Oriented: Friendly, approachable, and customer focused.
14. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
