As Sales & Business Development Manager at Zucchetti UK Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Italy’s #1 ATS software, Inrecruiting, in the UK market. From acquisition and demoing to closing deals and supporting customers after implementation, you will be a pioneer in promoting our powerful recruiting solution.

You’ll act as the local commercial point of contact, working closely with our Italian HQ and the Zucchetti UK team.


Zucchetti is Italy’s leading software house and one of Europe’s largest tech groups, with over 9,500 employees and 750,000 clients worldwide.


Inrecruiting, part of the Zucchetti Group, is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Talent Acquisition platform that helps companies manage and optimize their entire recruiting process, from job posting to candidate hiring, enriched with AI-driven features for smarter matching, parsing, and candidate engagement.


With over 3,000 clients globally, and more than a decade of product evolution since its launch in 2009, Inrecruiting is a mature and proven solution, already used by over 200 UK companies.

The platform is fully localized for the UK market, with complete English translations across every product component and the online knowledge base.


We’re now expanding further in the UK and looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial professional to lead our commercial development in the region.

Main Responsibilities

* Market Development: identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities within the UK (mainly SMBs, mid-market companies, and recruitment agencies).
* Sales Cycle Ownership: manage the full sales process, from lead generation to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
* Pre-Sales Activities: present product demos, understand client needs, and translate them into tailored solutions.
* Post-Sales Support: ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction, collaborating with the Italian Customer Support and Technical teams.
* Partnership Development: identify potential resellers or partners in the HR Tech ecosystem (recruitment platforms, job boards, HR consultancies).
* Market Intelligence: collect feedback from prospects and clients to inform product improvements and go-to-market strategies.
* Reporting: maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.


What you should bring with you:

* Native English speaker (or fully fluent) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within HR Tech, ATS, recruiting software, or job boards.
* Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and customer success.
* Hands-on mindset, comfortable working independently and managing multiple roles (pre-sales, sales, and account management).
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
* Familiarity with CRM tools.
* Knowledge of the UK HR/recruitment market is a plus.
