About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Shared Services Administrator to join our centralised Global HR Shared Services team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR initiatives, including the global rollout of our HR ticketing system and updating our Reward system.
Success in this position requires accuracy, responsiveness, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will play a key role in delivering efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a high volume of transactional HR activities across the employee lifecycle in a structured and efficient manner
* Log, track and resolve HR queries using an HR case management or ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
* Ensure consistent application of HR processes, policies, and data standards
* Escalate complex or non‑standard cases to HR Advisors or Managers when required
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the Shared Services model
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
* Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end service delivery
About You
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in HR administration is preferable
* Ability to use initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A collaborative team player who can also work independently after training
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
* High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality
* Experience working within a global organisation
* Familiarity with HR case management systems or HRIS platforms
