This role requires the successful candidate to be based in the Beaconsfield office five days per week.
Role Summary
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple data centre construction and commissioning projects throughout the UK and Europe.
Working under the Head of Talent Acquisition, the role partners closely with project directors, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure the organisation attracts and secures high-quality technical and operational talent to support project delivery and business growth.
The position plays a key role in building talent pipelines, strengthening employer branding, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
In addition, the role contributes to the company’s commercial growth by identifying and developing relationships with potential new clients within the sector.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Deliver recruitment across multiple UK and European data centre construction and commissioning projects.

Source and engage candidates across technical, engineering, construction, and project management disciplines.

Maintain proactive candidate pipelines to support current and future project demands.

Partner with project directors, hiring managers, and HR business partners to forecast staffing requirements.

Support workforce planning initiatives for new project launches and regional expansions.
*
Provide market insights and talent availability updates to hiring managers and leadership teams.
*
Maintain strong working relationships with operational teams and client stakeholders.

Support the growth of the business by identifying and developing relationships with potential new clients.

Attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their workforce needs and present recruitment solutions.

Build long-term partnerships with clients to support future hiring requirements.

Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience aligned with company values and culture.

Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s presence within the data centre construction sector.

Promote the company through industry networks, recruitment events, and digital channels.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Implement efficient recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve hiring outcomes.

Support the development and maintenance of recruitment dashboards and reporting tools.

Maintain accurate recruitment records within ATS and HR systems.
*
Ensure recruitment activities comply with UK and EU employment law requirements.

Maintain compliance with right-to-work regulations and GDPR data protection standards.
