About the Company

Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, care planning, and reviews for children in care, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Liaise with education, health, legal, and other professionals to coordinate services and safeguard children.
Maintain accurate case records and provide reports for court proceedings where required.
Support foster carers and residential staff, contributing to placement stability and service development.
About You
Social Work qualification with full registration with SWE.
Proven experience in child protection or looked-after children services.
Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
