Staff Nurse - Ward 225. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our Staff Nurse team on our Trauma ward at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Provide a high standard of clinical nursing within the ward / department.
* Manage a group of patients.
* Take charge of the ward when rostered and assessed as competent to take on leadership and supervision responsibilities.
* Act as a role model to students and Clinical Support Workers.
* Present a positive, professional image of the organisation and of the nursing team.

Qualifications
* Essential: Registered Nurse on the NMC Register.
Experience
* Essential: Experience working in an acute hospital setting.
* Desirable: Experience working within Trauma & Orthopaedics.
