Position: Care and Support Worker
Location: Taunton and the surrounding areas

Salary: £12.60-£16.50 per hour

What You'll Do
* Provide high-quality, personalised care and support tailored to individual needs
* Support people with daily activities such as personal care, medication, meals, and companionship
* Encourage independence, choice, and wellbeing
* Build meaningful relationships based on trust, empathy, and understanding
* Maintain accurate records and work in partnership with families and professionals
What We're Looking For
* A person-centred approach to care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability, patience, and a warm, caring nature
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A willingness to learn – full training provided
* Driving licence as we travel to and from client's own homes
