Salary: £12.78 per hour / £2,215 Monthly / £26,582.40 annually
Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:00

What you’ll be doing as an Assembly Operative
* Assembling products following technical drawings and specifications
* Working with small, intricate components using hand tools and magnification equipment (full training provided)
* Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
* Following detailed instructions and meeting production targets
* Keeping your workspace clean and adhering to health & safety policies
* Adapting flexibly to different tasks and work areas
What we’re looking for
* Excellent attention to detail and dexterity for small components
* Calm and focused under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
* Positive team-player with good communication skills
* Previous experience as an assembly operative, production operative, or similar role is desirable but not essential
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* This role would be great for anyone who has a hobby that involves working with small parts – crafters, model painters, nail technicians, jewellery makers, watch repairers, electronics hobbyists, model train enthusiasts, knitters, embroidery or cross-stitchers, scale model builders, miniature painters, beading enthusiast etc!
