These include: Installation of new bathroom facilities Roof and window replacements Interior fit-outs and refurbishments Extensions and re-allocation of space You’ll be involved from inception to completion—conducting surveys, producing drawings (CAD skills are a plus), appointing contractors, and overseeing delivery. Expect to manage around 20 projects simultaneously, each at different stages of development.
