What We're Looking For - A Sports Graduate, Psychology Graduate, or experienced SEN practitioner - A DBS on the Update Service (essential) - A genuine passion for working with Autism, communication needs and complex learning profiles - Someone calm, patient, energetic and committed to supporting children who need consistency - Ability to start ASAP and commit to full‑time, term‑time hours Key Responsibilities - Providing 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with Autism and complex needs - Assisting with communication development, including visual supports, AAC, PECS or simple language modelling - Supporting pupils with sensory regulation, emotional wellbeing and structured routines - Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans - Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour - Assisting with classroom routines, transitions and learning activities - Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and therapists - Maintaining clear notes, observations and progress updates If you're driven, compassionate and ready to make a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you.
