You will lead Development Management, Strategic Planning, Building Control and Enforcement, alongside Placemaking, Economic Development, Business Engagement, and Employment and Skills. The role demands both technical planning credibility and a creative approach to place-making, with a strong focus on inclusive growth and pathways into employment for care leavers, young people with SEND, and other underrepresented groups.
