Quality Steering & Management - Placement Year. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, West Sussex, United Kingdom. Internship type: 12 Month Internship (July 2026). Part of the BMW Group.
Responsibilities
* Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer term projects.
* Support with the Plant problem management process and coordination of new model topics.
* Support the implementation of Quality related processes to ensure product improvement.
* Support, analysis and implementation of Quality improvements.
* Support with new vehicle inspection and defect reporting.
What to bring
* Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a relevant Engineering course.
* Knowledge in Quality Management or similar would be an advantage, but not required.
* Able to work independently and within a team.
* Use initiative to take tasks and projects from concept through to a complete and implemented solution.
What you can look forward to
* Great Pay – £27,000 annual salary, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata) and an attractive pension scheme.
* Contracted working hours are 40 hours per week.
