The Role HireGiant are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 RoRo (Roll-on Roll-off) Driver to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities for the HGV 2 RoRo Driver Operating a Class 2 RoRo vehicle for the delivery and collection of skips/containers
Safely transporting waste and materials to and from customer sites
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Completing relevant paperwork and complying with company procedures
Adhering to all driving laws and health & safety regulations
Requirements Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Previous RoRo or skip experience preferred (training can be provided)
Good knowledge of local routes and road networks
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours & Pay Rates for the Class 2 Driver (PAYE):
Monday to Friday shift pattern - 05.00-06:00am Start
Shift Length - 10-12 hours
£15.00 - 17.08 per hour PAYE - (Monday to Friday)
