Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
1. Process member and intermediary requests on their administration platforms
2. Manage enquiries from members and intermediaries via all communication channels
3. Deliver excellent service levels to internal and external customers
4. Daily Management of the claims mailbox
Qualifications required:
5. FS Qualifications are desirable but not essential
Experience required:
6. Previous experience in an insurance administration role essential
7. Previous telephone experience essential
