Overview
Job Title: Aircraft Presentation Operations Delivery Manager – UK & Ireland
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
Function: Operations (Aircraft Presentation Services)
Location: UK & Ireland (multi-site coverage)
Purpose of the Role:
To lead and oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of Aircraft Presentation services across all UK & Ireland stations, ensuring efficient service performance, staffing, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
. Operational Delivery & Standards
* Manage the deployment and productivity of Aircraft Presentation teams across multiple locations.
* Lead the implementation and standardisation of Swissport and airline client service levels.
* Oversee compliance with operational KPIs including turnaround times, team attendance, and quality scores.
* Support station management in workforce planning, shift design, and team allocation.
* Champion staff engagement and team performance through visibility, coaching, and effective communication.
* Support onboarding and ensure team adherence to operational SOPs and safety protocols.
* Act as the senior escalation point for operational disruption, short staffing, or last-minute service changes.
* Collaborate closely with QHSE on audit preparation, compliance assurance, and corrective actions.
* Partner with Commercial leads to ensure contract scope and SLAs are aligned with operational capacity.
* Performance Monitoring & Improvement
* Monitor real-time and historical operational performance data to address gaps and drive improvements.
* Lead or support root cause investigations for operational issues and implement local recovery plans.
* Participate in national forums and share best practice across UKI stations.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in aviation operations, logistics, or large-scale cleaning delivery.
* Proven leadership of remote or multi-site teams.
* Experience in a customer-facing, performance-driven environment.
* Ability to influence and support local station leadership.
* Resilient and adaptable in a high-pressure, changeable environment.
