In this role, you will support the resolution of a backlog of infrastructure issues, implement system changes and security patches, and respond to incidents across secure environments. You will work within air‑gapped reference and development environments based in Reading, helping to maintain the reliability, security, and operational effectiveness of critical systems. You will take ownership of technical issues from investigation through to resolution, working closely with stakeholders to implement approved changes and maintain accurate documentation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the stability and continuous improvement of a secure infrastructure estate while working as part of a collaborative and knowledgeable team.
