Payroll Administrator - Doncaster - £30,000 + 10% Bonus - Permanent

We’re partnering with a well-established business in Doncaster that’s looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their friendly team. It’s a permanent role, and they’re keen to find someone who’s organised, detail-focused, and enjoys working with data.
This role would be ideal for someone who has previously supported payroll by gathering timesheet information, preparing data for processing, or working closely with an outsourced payroll provider. You don’t need full end-to-end payroll experience—just a solid understanding of how payroll works and a proactive approach.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
Salary & Benefits
* £30,000 per year
* 10% annual bonus
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
What You'll Be Doing
* Collecting and preparing payroll data to send to the external payroll provider
* Setting up new starters on the payroll system
* Running reports for starters and leavers
* Calculating commissions and deductions
* Supporting the HR team with general admin tasks
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with payroll data or timesheets
* Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Comfortable using Excel and payroll systems
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
