Job Description
Project Execution & Site Management
Oversee all on-site construction activities from ground-up through project completion for warehouse and distribution facility builds.Coordinate daily operations of subcontractors, vendors, and workforce to ensure efficient progress.Develop and manage short-term and long-term construction schedules in collaboration with Project Managers.Ensure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce strict adherence to safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company standards.Conduct daily jobsite safety meetings, inspections, and incident investigations.Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site.
Quality Control
Monitor construction quality and ensure work meets design specifications and client expectations.Conduct inspections and coordinate with third-party inspectors as needed.Maintain punch lists and ensure timely resolution of deficiencies.
Scheduling & Coordination
Lead weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.Identify and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or field issues.Coordinate site logistics, including deliveries, equipment usage, and site access.
Cost Control & Reporting
Assist in tracking project budgets, change orders, and progress.Provide daily/weekly progress reports to project management and stakeholders.Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
Stakeholder Communication

The Successful Applicant
Required
5-10+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong focus on industrial or commercial projects.Proven experience delivering ground-up big box warehouse, distribution center, or facility projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations (OSHA).Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience with tilt-wall, precast, steel structures, and large-scale concrete work.OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).What's on Offer
