We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced CYP nurse with a specialist interest in education and staff development to join our Clinical Education Team.
You must have a broad range of knowledge and experience within CYP services and be innovative, proactive and compassionate and be able to disseminate innovation and learning in a supportive way.
Candidates should be ambitious individuals who are interested in driving our children and young people’s services forward.
Main duties of the job
You need to have a sound understanding of the evidence base and be able to translate this into practice. As a visible and approachable role model you will provide specialist advice to support a broad range of colleagues, working alongside them in clinical areas to develop a skilled, compassionate and resilient workforce.
The post holder will be expected to work flexibly across all CYP areas in delivering key objectives
