Long Term Futures is working in partnership with a 'Good' Ofsted-rated secondary school in Coventry, which also boasts a thriving Sixth Form. The school is on the lookout for a passionate Science Teacher to join their committed team and teach General Science across KS3 and KS4. All specialisms - Biology, Chemistry, or Physics - are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Teaching engaging and inclusive General Science lessons to students across KS3 & KS4
- Planning dynamic and interactive lessons across all science disciplines
- Supporting student progress through tailored feedback and assessment
- Creating a supportive and inspiring classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to enrich the science curriculum and contribute to whole-school life
Who We're Looking For:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - ECTs welcome and supported
- A specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
- A passion for science and a commitment to helping every student reach their potential
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A positive, flexible mindset and team-player attitude
