Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals under the guidance of senior chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards. Follow health and safety regulations, including food hygiene practices. Support the team in stock management and inventory control. Participate in menu planning and development as required. Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff. Qualifications: Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Commis Chef or similar role. Basic food hygiene certification. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
