An alternative provision is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support secondary-aged pupils.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting behaviour and engagement
* Mentoring pupils on a 1:1 basis
* Supporting attendance and routines
* Working closely with safeguarding staff
Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:15pm
* Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
Recruitment Process:
* Interview and trial day required before summer break
* References obtained before placement confirmation
Requirements:
* Full-time applicants only
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
