Global Role | Strategic Marketing Leadership | Full-Funnel Focus
We’re seeking a visionary Senior Head of Marketing to lead full-funnel strategy across global markets. In this senior leadership role, you’ll drive brand visibility, performance marketing, and regional activation in partnership with cross-functional teams like Sales, Commercial Strategy, and Revenue.

What You'll Lead
Lead a high-performing, international marketing team organized by region (Central, East, West)
Build integrated strategies tailored to local market dynamics, while maintaining global brand consistency
Campaigns that Resonate & Perform
Craft emotionally impactful campaigns that cut through the noise and deliver measurable business outcomes
Own go-to-market for new launches, strategic partnerships, and market growth initiatives
Manage media, creative, CRM, sponsorship, digital, and social channels with a 360° approach
Marketing Operations & Alignment
Develop and maintain the global marketing calendar
Champion full-funnel planning, from awareness to conversion and reactivation
Drive alignment across Sales, Commercial, and Strategy with data-informed marketing
Leadership & Execution
Lead agency partners globally and locally to ensure brand-aligned execution with high ROI
Promote agile marketing practices (Scrum/Kanban) to improve speed, iteration, and output
Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation and accountability
Own and optimize marketing budgets to maximize impact and efficiency
What You Bring
12+ years of progressive marketing leadership across brand, performance, and integrated campaigns
Deep expertise in full-funnel strategy and data-driven decision making (ROAS, conversion, cost per sale)
Experience managing multi-market teams and campaigns in complex, matrixed environments
Skilled in the full marketing mix: ATL, digital, CRM, social, partnerships, and sponsorship
Confident working with senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional alignment
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast change, and leading through transformation
Passion for brand storytelling, innovation, and delivering marketing that moves people and business fo
