We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team and take a key role in leading the delivery of our technical services across global regions, including North America, Europe, and Singapore. This role will work closely with and oversee the activities of our development teams to ensure that our services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring our technical teams meet their service level objectives, driving operational excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a vital part in coordinating service delivery, managing incidents and problems, and ensuring that development activities align with our customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and coordinate the work of development teams to ensure service stability, performance, and improvement
2. Act as the primary point of accountability for service delivery across regions, including North America, Europe, and Singapore
3. Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in collaboration with technical teams
4. Monitor service performance and ensure that service levels and KPIs are met or exceeded
5. Identify risks to service delivery proactively and drive corrective and preventive actions
6. Lead regular service review meetings with customers and stakeholders
7. Support release management by working with development teams to deploy features and fixes safely and efficiently
8. Gather customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
9. Produce operational reports and provide insights into service performance and improvements
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar role
* Experience overseeing and collaborating with development or engineering teams
* Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
* Excellent communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience working in a global environment across different time zones
* Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices
* ITIL foundation certification or strong knowledge of ITSM principles is highly desirable
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
