D365 Transition Manager:
* Salary: £50k - £70k
* Location: South Wales (Hybrid working)
* Contract Length: 12-month fixed-term+ possible extension
* Employment: Full-time contract
The Role:
We're working with a leading UK service organisation based in South Wales that is embarking on a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation. They're looking for an experienced D365 Transition Manager to lead the testing and cutover phases, ensuring a smooth and successful migration from legacy systems to D365.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance testing.
* Oversee defect tracking and resolution using Azure DevOps to minimise business impact.
* Plan and execute detailed cutover activities, coordinating data migration, system configuration, and user training.
* Identify and manage risks and issues proactively throughout the transition.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Demonstrable experience managing testing and cutover phases in large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Strong technical understanding of system integration, data migration, and UAT methodologies.
* Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar defect tracking tools.
* Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Effective communicator, capable of translating technical details for business audiences.
