We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Multiskilled Engineer to keep our production lines running smoothly and safely. If you enjoy problem‑solving, continuous improvement, and making a real impact on factory performance, this role is for you.
Multiskilled Engineer (Days)
Location: Enniskillen
Hours: 6am-6pm
What You’ll Do
* Respond to breakdowns quickly and get equipment back up and running.
* Carry out proactive/reactive maintenance to hit performance and OEE targets.
* Use our PPM system (SAP) to log work and keep maintenance plans on track.
* Ensure machinery runs safely, efficiently, and to specification.
* Work with Engineering Leaders and contractors on complex repairs and improvements.
* Maintain clear documentation and deliver effective handovers.
* Support training on machine operation and champion Health & Safety.
* Get involved in Continuous Improvement and environmental initiatives.
Essential
What You’ll Bring
* Level 3 City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering.
* Time‑served apprenticeship + 6 months post‑apprenticeship experience.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise safely.
Desirable
* Manufacturing or food industry experience.
* PLC or welding experience.
* Lean knowledge and SAP PM skills.
* 17th/18th Edition (or equivalent).
