Muller Market Drayton seeks an experienced Service Engineer to join the Reliability Team within the Filling Department. The successful candidate will ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, optimized for efficiency, and provide a World-Class service regarding filling machines.
Contract Details
* Full Time / Permanent
* Location: Market Drayton
* Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days (7am to 7pm)
* Salary: £50,216 per annum
* *£5,000 Signing-on Bonus for successful Multi-Skilled applicants (subject to T&Cs)*

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve plant, processes, and assets for safety, efficiency, and reliability
* Perform daily maintenance and improvements
* Ensure compliance with food safety and H&S standards
* Complete PPM tasks and improve maintenance practices
* Diagnose and repair equipment faults promptly
* Champion health and safety initiatives
* Diagnose, test, repair, and maintain mechanical/electrical equipment
* Recognize and report machinery defects, provide CMMS data
* Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical support and parts procurement
Candidate Requirements
* Proven multiskilled engineering experience in fast-paced manufacturing or logistics
* Mechanical and electrical engineering expertise in production environments
* HNC or apprenticeship-trained with experience on machinery, pumps, valves, PLCs
* Knowledge of FMCG or similar sectors is desirable
* Understanding of filling and process technology
* Experience in clean, fast-moving environments (24/7 operations)
* Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
* Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques
* Good communication and team-building skills
