Our Client are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to support their wealth management team in delivering exceptional service to their clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in client servicing, portfolio administration, compliance, and operational support, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in client servicing, portfolio administration, compliance, and operational support, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
* Client Service & Relationship Support
* Assist with onboarding new clients, including KYC/AML checks and account opening documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date client files, investment mandates, and regulatory records.
* Respond to client queries with professionalism and accuracy.
* Portfolio & Investment Administration
* Process investment instructions as instructed.
* Support preparation of portfolio valuations, performance reports, and investment proposals.
* Assisting IFA with research and running reports on FE.
* Building suitability reports and preparing for client review meetings.
* Organising fund values, LOAs and portfolio builds.
* Operational & Financial Support
* Liaise with investment platforms to ensure accurate settlements and reconciliations.
* Process payments and transfers in a timely manner.
* Compliance & Risk Management
* Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct AML, KYC, and due diligence checks in line with internal policies.
* Administrative Support
* Diary management.
* Provide general administrative support to advisors.
Qualifications
Familiarity with wealth management operations, compliance, and client servicing.
Required Skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/portfolio management systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Prior experience in financial services industry a must.
Pay range and compensation package
Working hours 37.5 hours per week – office based. Salary £30-£50k+ based upon experience. Quarterly company bonus based upon company performance and Managers discretion. They provide access to a qualifying workplace pension with Standard Life. After 3 months of employment they contribute 3%, employee contributes 5% of basic pay. 22 days holiday.
