About the Role
As an Education Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in our day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with teams to manage communications, maintain accurate records, and ensure our systems and processes run efficiently. Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality education services, and you'll be valued as a key part of the team.
Responsibilities
* Handling and organising key documents and records across the team
* Managing internal systems and databases with accuracy and care
* Communicating professionally with schools, partners, and stakeholders
* Supporting team members with scheduling, data entry, and general admin
* Assisting in compliance tasks and keeping us aligned with safeguarding standards
* Contributing to a positive, solution-focused team culture
Experience / Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration
* Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
