We’re working with a well-established full-fibre broadband provider on a mission to transform digital connectivity in rural communities. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to lead local engagement and sales activity across Norfolk.
This is more than a traditional field sales role. You’ll act as the face of the business within the community, building trust, raising awareness of full-fibre technology, and helping residents future-proof their homes and businesses 🌍.
The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of local sales projects from start to finish, engaging directly with residents and driving take-up of full-fibre services.
Key responsibilities include:
* 📞 Delivering a mix of telesales, canvassing, and door-to-door engagement
* 🤝 Acting as a brand ambassador within local communities
* 📊 Tracking performance against targets and managing projects within agreed timelines
* 📣 Working closely with marketing to deliver targeted, community-focused campaigns
What We’re Looking For
* 🗣️ A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people face-to-face
* ✅ Proactive and organised, able to manage projects independently
* 🎯 Target-driven with a community-first mindset
* Previous sales or customer-facing experience (field sales, canvassing, or similar is desirable)
