we are searching for a new role with a long-standing and respected company. HRGO is hiring a Assembly Operative to join our client's busy manufacturing team in Broadstairs! 🎉
🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
* 🔩 Produce items to precise measurements and top-quality standards
* 📦 Check materials thoroughly, reporting any defects or shortages * 🚚 Process and dispatch orders accurately, meeting delivery deadlines
* 📢 Keep your supervisor updated on order progress or any issues
* 🧼 Maintain cleanliness, safety, and flexibility by helping in other areas when needed
🔍 What We're Looking For:
* 🛠️ Experience in production or a manufacturing environment
* 🧮 Confident with basic Maths, English, and IT skills
* 📐 Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise measurements
* 🖐️ Skilled in using handheld tools and comfortable with manual work
* ⏰ Reliable, with strong attention to detail and good timekeeping
