Role Purpose As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and activating end-user demand for industry-leading safety footwear. Through direct engagement, hands-on product demonstrations, and strategic lead generation, you'll help boost distributor sales and enhance visibility across key sectors. What You'll Do Account Identification and Relationship Building Proactively research target companies with operational safety footwear needs (e.g. particularly in logistics, food service, facilities management until new products are launched). Locate and engage key decision-makers: safety officers, procurement leads, site managers. Lead Generation & Sales Enablement Generate and qualify high-quality end-user leads and work closely with the distributor network to convert them into sales. Gather customer feedback and share valuable insights with the Sales Team Lead. Product Advocacy & Wear Trials Position the brands safety footwear as solutions to workplace risks. Launch and manage structured wear trial programmes designed to generate internal buy-in. Collate user feedback to strengthen product relevance and commercial appeal. - Strategic Reporting & Insight Contribution Provide structured market intelligence to inform sales strategy and product development. Share success stories, quantified trial outcomes, and customer testimonials with stakeholders.
